The description seeks an experienced HR Manager with 4–5 years of software-industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment for SAP roles and work with a recruiter; manage onboarding.
- Address employee inquiries and HR issues, and promote employee engagement.
- Coordinate performance appraisals with managers and employees.
- Support local labor-law compliance across offices in Continental Asia and help develop and implement HR policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases; generate HR metrics and reports.
- Organize engagement and wellness activities, and manage exit interviews and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of HR Manager experience within the software industry, emphasizing IT and SAP recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, and knowledge of laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
