Role Objective

We are looking for a

Strategic Partnerships Manager

to drive revenue growth by building and expanding partnerships with

banks, financial institutions, payment networks, and fintech companies

.

This role is ideal for someone with experience working on

credit card programs, premium banking propositions, loyalty programs, or payment partnerships

.

Key Objectives

  • Develop and manage partnerships with
  • banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, and payment networks
  • .
  • Design and pitch
  • customer value propositions (CVPs)
  • for credit card programs and premium banking segments.
  • Drive commercial agreements related to
  • airport lounge access, travel benefits, and premium customer experiences
  • .
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders including
  • cards, partnerships, loyalty, and affluent banking teams
  • .
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing partnerships through
  • upselling, cross-selling, and regional expansion
  • .
  • Lead the
  • end-to-end sales cycle
  • from opportunity identification to deal closure and post-sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on
  • technology integrations, APIs, and partner program implementation
  • .

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • **5–10 years experience**
  • in partnerships, business development, or sales within banking, fintech, or payments.
  • Experience working with
  • credit card programs, issuing banks, payment networks, or loyalty ecosystems
  • .
  • Strong understanding of
  • premium banking segments and cardholder benefit programs
  • .
  • Existing relationships within banks or financial institutions are highly desirable.
  • Experience in
  • travel, aviation, loyalty programs, or premium hospitality partnerships
  • is a plus.
