We’re Hiring: Manager – Sales & Partnerships (Travel Trade) | Dubai

At Plaza Premium Group, we are redefining the airport hospitality experience and we’re looking for someone who can take our proposition to market and win.

We’re hiring a Manager a Sales & Partnerships (Travel Trade) based in Dubai someone who doesn’t just understand the UAE travel trade landscape, but knows how to position, pitch and sell a premium product with confidence and impact.

This is not a passive account management role. You will be responsible for actively driving sales, building partnerships from the ground up and turning opportunities into measurable business growth.

You will represent Plaza Premium Group in the market owning conversations, pitching our services and ensuring our brand stands out across the travel trade ecosystem.

If you’ve worked in a DMC, OTA, or tour operator environment and know how to open doors, influence decisions and close deals this could be your next move.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives targeting tour operators, travel agents, wholesalers, DMCs, and OTAs across the UAE and wider GCC.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, commercial negotiations, contracting, and onboarding.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the travel trade ecosystem and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Account Management: Build, manage, and deepen relationships with key travel trade partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the UAE travel trade landscape, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, partner meetings, and networking forums.
  • Work closely with internal teams including product, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless partner onboarding and execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Knows how to sell not just maintain relationships, but convert them into revenue

✔ Has a strong network across travel agents, DMCs, and tour operators in the UAE/GCC

✔ Can confidently present and position Plaza Premium Group’s value proposition to partners

✔ Brings 5–10 years of experience in travel trade sales or partnerships

✔ Understands distribution channels, pricing, and trade dynamics

✔ Is commercially driven and thrives on closing end-to-end deals

✔ Is proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented

  • Proven experience selling to tour operators, travel agents, wholesalers, DMCs, and/or OTAs .
  • Strong existing network and deep relationships within the UAE travel trade (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated success in closing commercial deals and managing strategic accounts.
  • Solid understanding of travel distribution models and trade economics.
  • Understanding of airport services, aviation services, or the airport ecosystem is a strong plus .
  • Based in Dubai with the ability to travel locally and regionally as required.
