About the role
The Development & Partnership Specialist will support the development and implementation of partnership, fundraising, and sponsorship programmes and initiatives. This role is instrumental in building meaningful collaborations that contribute to the growth, sustainability, and cultural impact of our organisation.
Key responsibilities
• Support the design and execution of partnership strategies and initiatives.
• Assist in identifying and engaging potential sponsors and partners.
• Contribute to fundraising efforts and sponsorship proposals.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with partners and sponsors.
• Support reporting, tracking, and evaluation of partnership activities.
What we’re looking for
• At least 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, fundraising, or sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in museums studies, business administration, marketing or another related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
• Passion for culture, museums, and community engagement.
