About The Role
InsuranceMarket.ae is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UAE National to join the team as a Part-Time Administrative Support Officer.
This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals seeking practical experience in business administration, reporting, documentation, coordination, and operational support.
The role requires office attendance once per week, with the remaining agreed responsibilities completed remotely, subject to business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to different departments.
- Maintain accurate records, files, databases, trackers, and supporting documents.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, spreadsheets, meeting notes, and internal communications.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders on pending tasks, documents, approvals, and deadlines.
- Support data entry and review information for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with documenting processes, procedures, actions, and completion status.
- Organize documents required for internal reviews, reporting, and audit purposes.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain action logs.
- Handle company and employee information confidentially.
- Support general operational and administrative activities as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- UAE National with a valid Family Book.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a hybrid environment.
- Professional, proactive, and willing to learn.
