Position Overvie

wWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Officer to manage and oversee end-to-end payroll operations for employees across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in payroll processing, employee benefits administration, payroll reporting, and compliance coordination.

The role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting employees working remotely across different countries

Payroll Process

  • ingProcess monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employe
  • es.Prepare salary transfers through the Wages Protection System (WPS) in compliance with UAE regulatio
  • ns.Verify attendance, overtime, leave records, deductions, commissions, and other payroll inpu
  • ts.Ensure payroll calculations including gratuity, leave salary, bonuses, and final settlements are accura
  • te.

Compliance & Documenta

  • tionEnsure payroll activities comply with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and statutory requireme
  • nts.Maintain accurate payroll records, employee files, and salary documentat
  • ion.Coordinate with HR and Finance teams regarding employee onboarding, offboarding, salary revisions, and benefits upda
  • tes.Support payroll audits and provide required reports and documentat
  • ion.

Employee Su

  • pportAddress employee payroll-related queries in a timely and professional ma
  • nner.Assist employees with salary certificates, bank letters, and payroll-related documenta
  • tion.Ensure confidentiality and security of employee payroll information at all t
  • imes.

Reporting & Administ

  • rationGenerate payroll reports, reconciliation statements, and salary analysis reports for manag
  • ement.Monitor payroll discrepancies and resolve issues proact
  • ively.Support budgeting and manpower cost analysis where req
  • uired.Maintain payroll systems and ensure data accuracy across HRMS plat
  • forms.

  • erienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related
  • field.2–4 years of payroll experience preferably within t
  • he UAE.Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS and payroll comp
  • liance.

Experience

  • using payroll software and HRMS s
  • ystems.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll rep
  • orting.
