wWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Officer to manage and oversee end-to-end payroll operations for employees across multiple regions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in payroll processing, employee benefits administration, payroll reporting, and compliance coordination.
The role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting employees working remotely across different countries

- es.Prepare salary transfers through the Wages Protection System (WPS) in compliance with UAE regulatio
- ns.Verify attendance, overtime, leave records, deductions, commissions, and other payroll inpu
- ts.Ensure payroll calculations including gratuity, leave salary, bonuses, and final settlements are accura
- te.
Compliance & Documenta
- tionEnsure payroll activities comply with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and statutory requireme
- nts.Maintain accurate payroll records, employee files, and salary documentat
- ion.Coordinate with HR and Finance teams regarding employee onboarding, offboarding, salary revisions, and benefits upda
- tes.Support payroll audits and provide required reports and documentat
- ion.

- nner.Assist employees with salary certificates, bank letters, and payroll-related documenta

- erienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related
- field.2–4 years of payroll experience preferably within t
- he UAE.Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS and payroll comp
- liance.
