About This Role

*Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager – Corporate Motor Insurance to join our growing Corporate Motor team. The ideal candidate must have an existing corporate motor insurance portfolio and the proven ability to generate and grow their own business.

This role is suited for a highly motivated professional who understands the corporate motor insurance landscape, maintains strong client and insurer relationships, and can independently drive revenue through new and existing accounts.

* Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow motor insurance business through your existing portfolio and new client acquisition
  • Independently generate leads, close deals, and achieve assigned premium and revenue targets Manage end-to-end business development including:
  • Client acquisition
  • Renewal negotiations
  • Policy placement and servicing coordination
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with:
  • Corporate clients Fleet owners
  • Ensure timely renewals, retention of accounts, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal operations and claims teams for smooth servicing
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements Prepare regular business reports and pipeline updates for management

* Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in Corporate Motor Insurance
  • Mandatory: Existing corporate motor insurance portfolio

Strong understanding of:

  • Fleet insurance
  • Commercial vehicle insurance
  • Motor underwriting and pricing

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Strong market and insurer network

* Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Experience working with brokers or insurers in corporate motor lines
