Corporate Development Manager – Abu Dhabi
Are you a driven business development professional looking to accelerate your career with one of the UAE's leading insurance brokers?
We are expanding our Abu Dhabi team and are looking for an ambitious Corporate Development Manager to drive growth, build strategic relationships, and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Maintain strong market awareness and identify emerging opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Relationship Management, Insurance Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and passion for winning new business.
- Existing network within the UAE market is an advantage.
- Insurance experience is mandatory for exceptional candidates.
