  • Driven and commercially minded Sales / Business Development Manager to support the growth of our insurance portfolio across retail and corporate lines. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored insurance solutions with a consultative approach.
  • This position suits someone who understands value-based selling, is comfortable engaging with decision-makers, and is focused on long-term client relationships rather than transactional sales.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and leveraging existing portfolios.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets, contributing to company growth and setting an example for peers.
  • Track progress against sales goals using data and insights to continuously optimize performance. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and long-term value.
  • Develop tailored, client-focused proposals that clearly present the value of InsuranceMarket.ae’s range of products and services.
  • Lead sales and negotiation processes to secure favorable terms and close deals effectively.
  • Stay updated on insurance trends, competitor activities, and client needs to deliver insightful, relevant solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Falcon Advisory to develop content that strengthens the brand’s visibility and reputation.
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to expand professional reach and promote IM’s expertise.
  • Maintain disciplined daily activity levels in line with targets for calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Attend all scheduled sales trainings, team meetings, and performance reviews
