Full-time Painting Supervisor role in technical services, maintenance, and painting.
Oversee painting teams and ensure work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily painting activities at assigned project sites; allocate tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Inspect surfaces and oversee sanding, scraping, filling, and priming; monitor finished work for smoothness and consistent quality.
- Ensure appropriate paints, primers, coatings, materials, tools, and equipment are selected, used, handled, stored, and maintained.
- Supervise interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial properties; check progress against project and client requirements.
- Monitor material consumption and limit wastage.
- Ensure painters follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, clients, and other teams; resolve site issues and arrange defect corrections.
- Maintain daily work reports, attendance records, and material requirements.
Requirements
- Previous Painting Supervisor experience in construction, maintenance, or technical services.
- Strong knowledge of painting methods, surface preparation, primers, coatings, and finishing techniques; knowledge of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Experience supervising a team of painters and inspecting work to maintain quality standards.
- Ability to read basic drawings, understand project requirements, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
- Dubai or UAE experience is preferred.
Pay
- AED 1,800–3,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Dubai, UAE.
