MEP Supervisor in Technical Services / Facilities Management, based in Dubai, UAE.
Full-time role with in-person work location.
Pay is AED 2,000–4,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily MEP maintenance, installation, and repair activities and manage technicians against project requirements and schedules.
- Inspect electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems for proper functioning.
- Coordinate with engineers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor work quality and compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, arrange corrective maintenance, and ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Prepare daily work reports, maintenance records, and progress updates; complete work within assigned timeframes.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
- At least 2–5 years of relevant MEP supervision experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems; experience managing technicians and coordinating site activities.
- Ability to read technical drawings and MEP layouts; strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of UAE safety standards and site regulations is preferred; candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
