Dubai Clean is hiring a full-time Collection Executive in Dubai, UAE.

Key responsibilities
- Visit customers to collect outstanding payments and overdue invoices.
- Follow up on pending payments by phone, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department to verify balances and payment records.
- Issue receipts, maintain collection records, and promptly submit payments and supporting documents.
- Prepare daily collection reports and update payment statuses.
- Maintain professional customer relationships and plan daily routes efficiently.
- Follow company procedures and protect customer and financial information.
Requirements
- A valid UAE motorcycle licence is required.
- Previous payment collection, debt collection, or similar experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of payment procedures and invoice follow-ups is required.
- Good communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Candidates should be able to manage time, plan routes, and meet collection targets.
- Candidates should be honest, reliable, and responsible with cash handling.
- Must be currently available in the UAE.
