Senior plant and machinery engineering role supporting construction and station construction operations in Dubai.
Required experience: 12–15 years. Minimum qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (BE).
Plant and machinery operations
- Lead and strategically manage plant and machinery operations for efficient, safe, uninterrupted construction activities.
- Oversee deployment, maintenance, and performance of cranes, excavation machinery, dewatering systems, concrete pumps, batching plants, and lifting gear.
- Maintain equipment availability and optimize utilization across project sites.
Planning, safety, and improvement
- Develop maintenance strategies, monitor operational performance, and plan equipment mobilization and logistics.
- Enforce safety and compliance standards; manage budgets and resources; coordinate with project and construction teams.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity and reliability in station construction operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) qualification.
- 12–15 years of required experience.
- Experience managing plant and machinery operations for construction activities.
- Experience overseeing deployment, maintenance, performance, and utilization of construction equipment.
- Ability to plan equipment mobilization and logistics and manage budgets and resources.
- Ability to enforce safety and compliance standards and coordinate with project and construction teams.
