The P&M Engineer oversees plant and machinery deployment, operation, and maintenance to support efficient, uninterrupted construction activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage performance and availability of cranes, excavation machinery, dewatering systems, concrete pumps, batching plants, and lifting gear.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance and monitor equipment utilization.
- Resolve breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
- Ensure safety and operational compliance; coordinate with site and production teams.
- Manage equipment resources and support continuous improvement in productivity and reliability across station construction works.
