Job responsibilities
- Oversee plant and machinery deployment, operation, and maintenance for efficient construction activities.
- Manage availability and performance of cranes, excavation machinery, dewatering systems, concrete pumps, batching plants, and lifting gear.
- Ensure safe, effective operation and compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor utilization, and resolve breakdowns promptly to reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with site and production teams, manage equipment resources, and support improvements in construction productivity and reliability.
