The P&M Engineer oversees plant and machinery deployment, operation, and maintenance to support efficient, uninterrupted construction activities.
The role supports station construction works.
Responsibilities
- Manage performance and availability of cranes, excavation machinery, dewatering systems, concrete pumps, batching plants, and lifting gear.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor equipment utilization, and resolve breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Ensure safe equipment operation and compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate with site and production teams, manage equipment resources, and support continuous improvement in productivity and reliability.
Requirements
- Required experience: 7–8 years.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (BE).
- Knowledge area: plant and machinery plant management.
