Supports planning, deployment, maintenance, and efficient utilization of plant and machinery resources for project execution.
Experience and qualification
- Required experience: 12–15 years.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (BE).
- Listed skills include asset management, communication, leadership and supervision, plant and machinery, and plant management.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate equipment mobilization, maintenance schedules, and performance monitoring to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Oversee TBMs, cranes, grout plants, dewatering systems, and other support machinery across tunnelling operations.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Collaborate with site and engineering teams to maintain workflow and meet project requirements.
