P&M Assistant Manager role in Heavy Civil Infrastructure, based in Dubai.
Supports planning, deployment, maintenance, and efficient utilization of plant and machinery for project execution.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating equipment mobilization, maintenance schedules, and performance monitoring to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Oversee functioning and availability of TBMs, cranes, grout plants, dewatering systems, and other support machinery across tunnelling operations.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Collaborate with site and engineering teams to support uninterrupted workflow and project requirements.
Requirements
- Required experience: 12–15 years.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (BE).
- Listed knowledge includes asset management, communication, leadership and supervision, plant and machinery, and plant management.
