Full-time Outlet Manager position at Al Zorah Beach Resort in Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
The resort is undergoing a transformation ahead of the planned opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah.
The role requires a hands-on leader with luxury Food & Beverage operations experience, guest focus, and commercial awareness.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations and maintain luxury service standards and operating procedures.
- Engage guests during service, respond to feedback, and oversee reservations, guest preferences, and table management.
- Lead and develop team members; manage staffing, schedules, and productivity.
- Monitor revenue, labour costs, operating expenses, and KPIs; identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Coordinate with Culinary on food quality, presentation, and service; maintain cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety.
- Partner with Food & Beverage leadership and prepare teams to support service improvements and the resort transformation.
Qualifications and experience
- 3 to 5 years of Food & Beverage operations experience in luxury hospitality, including previous outlet management experience.
- Strong knowledge of luxury restaurant operations, service standards, and guest experience management.
- Demonstrated team leadership, communication, interpersonal, guest relations, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, labour management, and revenue optimization.
- Experience with restaurant POS systems, reservation platforms, and Microsoft Office; strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
