OT Cybersecurity Associate Manager

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Support engagements from assessment and strategy through architecture, engineering, design, and implementation.
• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity, gap, risk, and security assessments in industrial environments.
• Design OT security solutions and develop architectures, network designs, controls, specifications, and implementation plans.
• Support implementation and configuration of OT security technologies, including segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, asset visibility, monitoring, and vulnerability management.
• Participate in workshops, solution engineering, integration, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Work with OT, engineering, IT, cybersecurity teams, OEMs, system integrators, and technology vendors to develop and validate solutions.
• Apply IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP, and ISO 27001/27019 frameworks and standards.
• Develop HLD/LLD, architecture and design documents, specifications, assessment reports, and implementation documentation.
• Support client workshops, presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and RFP responses; contribute to new offerings.
• Stay current with OT technologies, threats, standards, and engineering practices.

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of cybersecurity experience, with significant exposure to OT/ICS cybersecurity.
• Proven OT cybersecurity consulting, engineering, design, and implementation experience.
• Practical understanding of OT/ICS architectures, industrial networks, protocols, control systems, and engineering environments.
• Hands-on experience designing or implementing OT security solutions and technologies.
• Experience with OT OEMs, system integrators, and industrial technology vendors.
• Strong knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST, and relevant OT cybersecurity standards.
• Experience developing HLD/LLD, network and security architectures, technical designs, and implementation specifications.
• Strong analytical, technical, communication, and client-facing skills; able to translate requirements into implementable solutions.

Preferred qualifications

• System integration, testing, commissioning, and operational handover experience is highly desirable.
• GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications are desirable.
• Experience in energy, oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing, or other critical infrastructure is preferred.
