Lead and support client OT cybersecurity consulting engagements across strategy, risk assessment, architecture, solution design, and implementation.

What you’ll do
- Lead OT cybersecurity maturity assessments, gap analysis, risk reviews, and control evaluations.
- Develop strategies, roadmaps, operating models, policies, and transformation plans.
- Design security architectures and create HLDs, LLDs, specifications, and implementation plans.
- Support cybersecurity solution configuration, integration, and deployment.
- Facilitate workshops, technical discussions, and stakeholder presentations; coordinate clients, vendors, and system integrators.
- Produce assessment reports and technical documentation; support testing, integration, and operational handover.
- Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and thought leadership; track emerging threats, technologies, standards, and practices.
Experience and skills
- 8–13 years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
- Experience in cybersecurity consulting, advisory, engineering, design, or implementation engagements.
- Practical experience designing or implementing solutions across client environments.
- Experience developing HLDs, LLDs, technical architectures, and implementation documentation.
- Understanding of cybersecurity strategy, risk, governance, architecture, and technology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities.
Desirable certifications
- CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Security+, or equivalent certification is desirable.
Advantageous domains
- Exposure to cloud security, network security, IAM, SOC, application security, data security, or GRC is advantageous.
