The employer seeks an experienced Operations Manager with F&B operations, team management, cost control, and business performance experience.

- The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Employment type is full-time.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily F&B operations and ensure smooth business performance.
- Monitor sales, costs, profitability, and operational KPIs.
- Lead F&B teams, including supervisors and outlet staff.
- Maintain food quality, customer service, and brand standards.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and employee performance.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, wastage, and food costs.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, Marketing, and other departments.
- Identify operational issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Saudi regulations.
- Support outlet openings, operational improvements, and business expansion.
- Prepare operational reports and performance updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, F&B Management, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of F&B operations experience, including 3 years in a management role.
- Experience managing multiple outlets or large F&B operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, inventory, and P&L.
- Proven team leadership and staff development experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of the Saudi F&B market and regulations.
- English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Saudi or GCC experience is preferred.
