Oversee agricultural operations in the Al Qassim Region of Saudi Arabia.
The role seeks to improve productivity while maintaining sustainable practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily farm operations, resource use, and agricultural best practices.
- Plan crop schedules, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.
- Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and weather to optimize yields.
- Manage and train staff, promoting safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Record production, labor, and expenses; report regularly to stakeholders.
- Ensure regulatory and environmental compliance.
- Source seeds, fertilizers, and equipment with suppliers and vendors.
- Identify farming innovations and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of farm management or similar experience.
- Strong understanding of agronomy, soil science, and farm machinery.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
