Operations Manager in an HR consultancy, managing daily operations, team performance, client coordination, and internal processes.

Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and maintain smooth company workflows.
- Coordinate and monitor team activities, productivity, and targets; coordinate clients and internal teams to execute requirements on time.
- Oversee white-collar and blue-collar requirements and track KPIs, performance, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Improve processes and workflows, identify operational challenges, and implement practical solutions.
- Prepare operational and performance reports for management and support business planning and growth initiatives.
- Ensure follow-up on ongoing activities, maintain service quality, and ensure procedures are followed.
Required qualifications
- 2–3 years of HR consultancy experience is mandatory; the posting also specifies two years of recruitment experience as required.
- Proven operations management experience within an HR consultancy and experience coordinating white-collar and blue-collar requirements.
- Strong team coordination, performance management, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of HR consultancy operations and experience with KPIs, reporting, workflow management, and process improvement.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel; able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred qualifications
- UAE experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
