Operations Manager

About This Role

Irshad International Group is a diversified conglomerate with operations in trading, contracting, logistics, and general services across Qatar. We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our daily business activities and drive operational excellence in Doha.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple business units (trading, contracting, logistics).
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize operational costs.
• Lead and supervise team leaders and department heads.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in trading, contracting, or logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic or Urdu/Hindi is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Experience with budget management and cost optimization.
• Valid QID (Qatar ID) and NOC (No Objection Certificate) preferred.
• Knowledge of Qatar's business landscape and regulatory environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a diversified group or holding company.
• Professional certification (PMP, Six Sigma, or similar).
• Knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes.

Pay: QAR11,380.00 - QAR17,265.00 per month
