Job Summary
Moto Argento Trading W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize automotive retail operations across sales, customer service, and after-sales support in Doha.
This role is responsible for improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and driving business performance in a fast-paced automotive environment.

What You'Ll Do
- Oversee daily automotive retail operations including showroom, sales support, and after-sales coordination
- Lead and manage operational teams to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Monitor sales operations, inventory coordination, and customer service performance
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and brand experience
- Coordinate with service, logistics, and procurement teams to support business operations
- Analyze KPIs, operational data, and sales trends to drive improvements
- Manage operational budgets, staffing, and resource planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and retail procedures
- Support business growth initiatives and process optimization projects
Requirements
- Experience in automotive retail, dealership operations, or business operations management
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Understanding of retail operations, customer service, and inventory coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple departments and operational priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation
- Familiarity with automotive systems or dealership software is an advantage
