Job Summary:
Panorama Industries W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize industrial service operations across multiple projects in Doha. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, managing field teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a dynamic industrial environment. What you'll do:

• Oversee day-to-day industrial operations across multiple sites and service lines
• Lead and manage operations teams, supervisors, and field staff
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of industrial services to clients
• Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and operational outcomes
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and operational budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, HSE standards, and company policies
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and procurement teams
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
• Prepare operational reports and updates for senior management

Requirements:

• Experience in industrial operations, engineering services, or related fields
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage large-scale operations and multiple project sites
• Knowledge of industrial processes and operational workflows
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced and high-demand environments
• Familiarity with HSE standards and industrial compliance is an advantage

Pay: QAR22,000.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month
