Job Summary
Panorama Industries W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize industrial service operations across multiple projects in Doha.
This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, managing field teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a dynamic industrial environment.

What You'Ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day industrial operations across multiple sites and service lines
- Lead and manage operations teams, supervisors, and field staff
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of industrial services to clients
- Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and operational outcomes
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and operational budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, HSE standards, and company policies
- Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and procurement teams
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
- Prepare operational reports and updates for senior management
Requirements
- Experience in industrial operations, engineering services, or related fields
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage large-scale operations and multiple project sites
- Knowledge of industrial processes and operational workflows
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced and high-demand environments
- Familiarity with HSE standards and industrial compliance is an advantage
