Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate recruitment teams, targets, KPIs, and productivity.
- Oversee white-collar and blue-collar recruitment requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely execution.
- Monitor performance, deadlines, reports, and operational deliverables.
- Improve internal processes and workflow efficiency.
- Handle operational issues and implement practical solutions.
- Support management with planning, reporting, and business growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of HR consultancy experience is mandatory.
- Recruitment industry experience is required, including Operations Management within an HR consultancy.
- Strong exposure to both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment.
- Strong team coordination, performance management, KPI, target, reporting, and process improvement experience.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; UAE experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
