Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and reliable IT Technician / Operations Executive to join our client's team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting client sites to install, configure, and support software solutions while ensuring a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.
Comprehensive training on the software products will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit client locations across the UAE for software installation and setup.
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot software applications at client sites.
- Provide basic user training and support to clients after installation.
- Coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service visits, and client feedback.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues.
- Ensure all company procedures and service standards are followed during client visits.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of UAE work experience in IT support, technical services, operations, or a related field.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional appearance.
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software applications.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently to client locations.
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out site visits and installation activities without restrictions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
