Supports implementation of the Operational Risk Management Framework across ADIB Group, initially focusing on incident management and related activities.
The position is open to UAE National fresh graduates.
Operational risk management tools
- Support operational risk incident and loss management.
- Help identify and assess operational risk exposures in line with the ORM Framework and procedural standards.
- Support issue management, timely action implementation, and identification and assessment of Key Risk Indicators.
- Update and monitor risk data on the Group ORM platform and collate data for regular risk profile, analysis, and exposure reports.
Program management
- Support development and implementation of ORM programs and tools, including RCSA, KRIs, incident management, and issues and actions management.
- Support implementation of ORM policies and procedures across ADIB Group.
Skills and qualifications
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is required; no specific work experience is required.
- Excellent English communication, collaboration, analytical, qualitative and quantitative, research, problem-solving, and computer skills are required.
- Microsoft Office Suite is given as an example of relevant computer skills.
- The role calls for attention to detail, self-motivation, a sound work ethic, and willingness to learn and develop.
