Operation Specialist

Position

Boutique operational efficiency

• Improve store efficiency through processes, tools, programs, optimization, and collaboration with support functions.
• Recommend solutions to Central Retail Operations for process gaps and bottlenecks.
• Map repetitive back-office activities, clarify ownership, and simplify local routines and reporting.

Processes, projects, and store technology

• Adapt and implement retail projects, initiatives, and operational guidelines, including the Bulgari Store Essential Book.
• Visit stores to assess needs, resolve issues, implement action plans, and monitor procedures.
• Coordinate introduction and adoption of store tools, technologies, and applications; collect feedback and engage stakeholders.
• Work with local and central IT to prioritize needs, troubleshoot recurring issues, support testing and enhancements, and follow issues through resolution.

Network and inventory operations

• Liaise between Store Managers and local or central departments to ensure communication and follow-up.
• Support retail network development analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate store opening and renovation readiness across systems, procedures, inventory, packaging, security, and cross-functional needs, through stabilization.
• Partner with Inventory Control to improve stock visibility, cycle-count discipline, and discrepancy reduction.

Knowledge and competencies

• Knowledge of project management, retail POS systems, store processes and guidelines, and IT store applications and tools.
• Role competencies include challenging the status quo, business awareness, flexibility, and communicating with different stakeholders.
