Role and mission

Client service and sales

• Welcome store visitors for browsing, purchases, after-sales service, or complaints and provide exceptional, tailored advice.
• Develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers with the brand.
• Manage the sales journey from welcome through packaging using appropriate selling techniques.
• Contribute to store and service KPIs and perform one-to-one CRM activities.

CRM, boutique, and after-sales

• Register client details for follow-up, personalized CRM activities, and client development; apply sales procedures and guidelines.
• Keep the shop's front area clean and products displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Accept repair items, interview customers, and enter repair information in SAP; follow up on estimates, lead times, returns, and invoicing to support customer satisfaction.
• Complete online training modules and attend designated training sessions.

Candidate profile

• At least five years of sales experience in jewelry or a similar role in a luxury or fashion brand.
• Experience with marketing and customer relationship management techniques; proficient written and spoken English.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, business awareness, and networking skills to develop prospective clients beyond the store.
• Organized, conscientious, committed, driven team player who works with integrity and respect.
• Knowledge of Bulgari products, selling skills, and store procedures is an advantage.
