OneStream Reporting Specialist Developer, Senior Consultant

Role Overview

Work You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain OneStream reporting solutions for budgeting and finance business processes.
• Translate budget and finance stakeholder requirements into tailored OneStream applications.
• Build and support data integration and automation capabilities for user-friendly reporting.
• Provide expertise in OneStream extensibility, advanced customization, and complex integrations.
• Mentor developers and resolve escalated technical issues affecting quality, performance, and delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Active Secret clearance.
• At least 3 years of experience with similar EPM technology.
• At least 1 year of foundational EPM development or configuration experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting, planning, or federal programs.
• Progress toward OneStream certification.
• Experience with similar EPM platforms.

Candidate Skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead projects or workstreams, mentor others, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, professional relationships, interpersonal skills, and deadline management.

Team Context

Compensation

• The estimated wage range is $105,000 to $207,000 per year.
• The role may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive subject to program rules and individual and organizational performance.
