OneStream Developer Senior Consultant

Role overview

Work you'll do

• Lead technical design, configuration, and deployment of OneStream solutions for budgeting, planning, and federal government use cases.
• Oversee integrations with enterprise platforms, data sources, and downstream systems to support performance and reliability.
• Guide development teams through build activities, resolve technical issues, and maintain delivery quality across workstreams.
• Support agile software delivery, including technical planning, sprint execution, testing, and release coordination.
• Optimize and customize solutions for extensibility and alignment with client requirements and business objectives.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Active Secret clearance.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar EPM technology.
• At least 1 year of foundational EPM development or configuration experience.

Candidate capabilities

• Work independently and collaboratively; communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Maintain attention to detail and quality, build professional relationships, and lead projects or workstreams.
• Prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and mentor others with clear guidance.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in budgeting, planning, or federal programs.
• Progress toward OneStream certification.
• Experience with similar EPM platforms that could accelerate OneStream onboarding.

Team

Compensation

• The stated estimated wage range is $105,000 to $207,000; geographic differentials may apply.
• The role may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive, subject to program rules and individual and organizational performance.
