DHL Global Forwarding is hiring an OFR Intern in Doha, Qatar, to support its customs-service team.
The role is an internship intended for a student or recent graduate and requires no prior professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Support customs-service administrative and documentation work for import, export, and clearance activities.
- Review shipment documents for completeness, including invoices, packing lists, certificates, permits, and other clearance records.
- Enter data, file documents, update systems, and maintain accurate shipment records under supervision.
- Follow up internally on pending documents, approvals, and routine clearance requirements.
- Prepare simple reports, trackers, and status updates for internal use.
- Follow customs procedures, compliance requirements, and company guidelines; escalate missing information or discrepancies.
- Handle customer, shipment, and customs information accurately and confidentially.
Education and experience
- Student or recent graduate pursuing a diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, business administration, international trade, customs studies, or a related field.
- No prior professional experience is required.
- Previous internship, administrative exposure, or basic logistics/customs knowledge is an advantage.
