Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive **HR Executive** to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in **HR operations, payroll management, employee onboarding, attendance management, HR policies, offer letter preparation, and PRO coordination**.

The candidate must have a solid understanding of **UAE Labour Law** and should be able to handle end-to-end HR administrative functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage **employee attendance, leave records, and timekeeping systems** accurately.
  • Process **monthly payroll** and ensure timely salary disbursement while maintaining payroll records.
  • Prepare and issue **offer letters, employment contracts, salary certificates, warning letters, and other HR documentation**.
  • Handle complete **employee onboarding and induction process** for new hires.
  • Maintain and update **employee records, HR files, and internal documentation**.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate **HR policies and procedures** in line with company standards and UAE Labour Law.
  • Coordinate with **PRO team** for visa processing, labour contracts, Emirates ID, medicals, renewals, and other government-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with **UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and company policies**.
  • Support employee relations by addressing HR queries and providing day-to-day HR support.
  • Assist management in handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace compliance matters.
  • Prepare HR reports related to attendance, payroll, employee records, and manpower updates.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR and administrative operations.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

✔ **5–6 years of HR experience** in UAE market

✔ **Arabic speaking is mandatory**

✔ Strong experience in **attendance management and payroll processing**

✔ Good knowledge of **UAE Labour Law and HR compliance**

✔ Experience in **employee onboarding, HR documentation, and policy implementation**

✔ Hands-on experience working with **PRO-related processes and government documentation**

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to handle confidential information professionally

✔ Available to **join immediately**

  • Experience with HRMS / Payroll Systems

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
