Overview

We are a boutique accounting and tax firm based in Dubai, UAE.

We provide end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, VAT compliance, and corporate tax services to a diverse portfolio of SME clients across various industries.

We are a lean, professional team that values accuracy, ownership, and reliability.

The Role

We're looking for a proactive Office Admin Assistant to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support our growing team.

You'll work directly with the firm principal and play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • The key responsibilities for this role will include but not limited to the following:
  • Prepare client invoices, track and follow up on payments
  • Keep Google Drive files organized and accessible for all clients
  • Communicate with clients via email (follow-ups, document requests, meeting scheduling)
  • Reach out to potential clients and track leads
  • Handle basic HR admin (document prep, leave tracking, visa coordination)

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in office administration role in UAE (experience in audit/consulting firms will be preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR compliance
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with task management tools (Asana, Click up, Monday.com)
