Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various administrative tasks, support team members, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating open communication.
- Organizing the product inventory on the online marketplace and overseeing the management of the platform.
- Explore new email contacts to reach out potential clients and send them information about our services.
- Selecting candidates from various platforms by posting job listings on those platforms.
- Manage social media platforms.
Compensation
- Salary: AED 2000 per month
- Candidate should be a freelancer/ on sponsored visa.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Females only
