Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our growing IT company in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative activities, and supporting various departments to maintain an efficient and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Support HR and accounts departments with administrative tasks
- Manage office supplies inventory and vendor coordination
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Coordinate with external service providers and clients when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in office administration or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Skilled in leveraging AI-powered tools to improve administrative efficiency, communication, scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the IT industry is an advantage
