Naumi Hotels is seeking a Night Manager to lead the night operation of Naumi Hotel Dubai in Barsha Heights.
The role leads front office and wider hotel coordination during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise night operations for reception and reservations.
- Coordinate night staff and collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, food and beverage, and kitchen teams.
- Maintain communication across shifts and departments to ensure smooth operational handovers.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, concerns, check-in, check-out, and VIP arrivals during the night.
- Provide training and guidance to front office team members.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for overnight guest interactions.
- Ability to supervise and motivate night staff while maintaining high-quality service.
- Previous front office management experience in a four- or five-star hotel is required.
- A proven hospitality track record and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
Work Location
- The work location is in person at the Dubai property.
