Naumi Hotel Dubai is hiring an energetic, charismatic bartender for its food and beverage team.
The role involves preparing drinks, engaging guests, and supporting other food and beverage functions.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails and creative mixes.
- Engage with guests, recommend drinks, and create a fun, memorable bar experience.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and beverage presentation standards.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service in line with UAE regulations and hotel policies.
- Support restaurant and other food and beverage operations when required.
Requirements
- Previous hands-on experience serving alcohol is required; hotel, bar, or licensed restaurant experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
- Outgoing, confident, engaging personality; flexible and adaptable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; positive attitude, teamwork, and passion for hospitality.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,500–1,800 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person at Naumi Hotel Dubai in Barsha Heights, Dubai.
