The Opportunity
The General Manager will lead the hotel's guest experience, commercial performance, brand presence, and team culture.
The role oversees hotel operations across rooms, food and beverage, revenue, sales, finance, and engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft a standout guest experience that builds long-term guest loyalty.
- Own the full P&L and deliver ambitious commercial results.
- Build relationships with owners, corporate partners, and the local community.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team.
- Steer rooms, food and beverage, revenue, sales, finance, and engineering operations.
- Champion the Naumi brand in Dubai and drive innovation.
About You
- Bring General Manager experience, or Hotel Manager or Cluster General Manager experience stepping into the role, in upscale lifestyle or boutique hotels.
- Understand the Dubai or Middle East hospitality market, owner relations, and local regulations.
- Demonstrate GOP and revenue growth while protecting guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Provide inspirational people leadership through coaching, empowerment, and high standards.
- Use systems, data, and digital tools to make fast, informed decisions.
- Communicate exceptionally and represent the hotel confidently externally.
