Role Overview
Reporting to the Digital Communications manager, the Multimedia Designer/Developer develops and maintains content and design across CBE online environments.
The role works with the web design team and internal clients on websites, portals, mass communication systems, and social media.

Compensation and hours
- Salary is $33.12 to $43.06 per hour.
- The position is 1.0 FTE, 35 hours per week, on a 12-month calendar.
Work arrangement
- The flexible work program allows remote work up to three days per week.
- At least two days per week must be in the office, with additional office attendance possible for operational needs.
Role overview
Reporting to the Digital Communications manager, the Multimedia Designer/Developer develops and maintains content and design across CBE online environments.
The role works with the web design team and internal clients on websites, portals, mass communication systems, and social media.
Responsibilities
- Manage requests to validate and publish website news, calendar entries, and page updates.
- Audit websites for missing, outdated, or inaccurate content and coach content owners and editors.
- Create user support and training materials, including how-to videos and seasonal articles.
- Support digital communications projects from design through completion and contribute recommendations to social media strategy.
Qualifications and skills
- Bring website content management expertise and uphold accurate content, CBE visual identity, and content best practices.
- Prioritize multiple requests, meet tight timelines, and deliver with minimal supervision.
- Have working knowledge of SharePoint Online, Adobe Creative Suite including Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and related web programming languages.
- Experience with SchoolMessenger Communicate or Imagine Everything Content Manager is beneficial.
