Sales and guest service
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty; identify and sell relevant enhancements.
- Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales tours and explain presentation requirements.
- Verify eligibility before scheduling vacation club property tours; provide appropriate complimentary gifts.
- Answer property questions and accurately receive, record, and relay messages.
- Welcome guests, anticipate needs, address concerns, and communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
