Sales and guest support
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
- Contact potential owners, encourage preview package purchases or tour scheduling, and explain sales-presentation requirements.
- Verify prospective owners meet eligibility requirements before scheduling tours.
- Determine and provide complimentary gifts to guests for their patronage.
- Perform general office duties for Sales and Marketing and accurately receive, record, and relay messages.
Team and service standards
- Assist management with training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard guest and coworker privacy.
- Welcome guests, anticipate and address service needs, communicate professionally, and maintain positive working relationships.
- Support team goals and quality expectations; perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience is listed as required; no license or certification is listed.
