Role overview

Enterprise and solution security architecture

• Define end-to-end architectures and develop target-state, reference, and solution designs aligned with business objectives and risk posture.
• Ensure designs are scalable, resilient, and aligned with Zero Trust and defense-in-depth principles.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, design documents, security standards, and patterns.

Identity, cloud, and network security

• Architect IAM, IGA, and PAM solutions; design SSO, MFA, federation, RBAC/ABAC, and identity lifecycle management.
• Define privileged access and secrets management strategies and oversee secure integrations across cloud, SaaS, and on-premises environments.
• Design cloud and hybrid security, system and platform controls, network segmentation, secure connectivity, and ZTNA.

Governance and leadership

• Participate in architecture reviews and governance; support threat modeling, risk assessments, and design trade-offs.
• Align architecture with regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements and drive secure-by-design adoption.
• Advise client stakeholders and delivery teams, mentor junior architects and engineers, and contribute to proposals and workshops.

Mandatory qualifications and experience

• Proven experience in a Security Architect or equivalent architecture role.
• Hands-on background across cloud security, IAM, system/platform security, and network security.
• Experience designing security architectures for enterprise and large-scale environments.

Technical expertise

• IAM/PAM platforms include SailPoint, BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Entra ID, Okta, or equivalents.
• Identity protocols include SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and LDAP.
• Cloud platforms include Azure, AWS, or GCP; knowledge of network and system security architecture concepts and frameworks is required.

Preferred certifications

• CISSP, CISM, or SABSA certifications are strongly preferred.
• Cloud security and IAM/PAM vendor certifications are also preferred.
