Finance Transformation Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop finance strategies and roadmaps covering performance improvement, CapEx modeling, working-capital optimization, and value creation.
• Design EPM and FP&A capabilities, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Design cost and profitability models, including activity-based costing, product costing, and zero-based cost transformation.
• Define value-driver trees, KPIs, reporting, dashboards, and finance governance models.
• Lead treasury transformation or enterprise-wide post-merger integration, as applicable.
• Build business cases, investment assessments, and financial scenarios to evaluate returns, risks, and cash implications.
• Facilitate executive workshops, challenge assumptions, align priorities, and secure stakeholder decisions.
• Manage engagement scope, staffing, milestones, dependencies, risks, delivery standards, and economics.
• Lead and coach consultants, coordinate experts, and develop senior client relationships.
• Support proposals and account development; create reusable assets and finance points of view.
• Assess finance AI and automation use cases, business requirements, data readiness, controls, benefits, and adoption priorities.

Preferred Experience

• 7–9 years of relevant finance strategy, CFO advisory, strategy consulting, or value-creation experience, including complex engagement leadership.
• Strong EPM and FP&A design, cost and profitability management, and finance operating-model transformation experience.
• Experience delivering quantified value-creation programs across growth, margin, cost, working capital, and capital efficiency.
• Expertise in either treasury transformation or enterprise-wide post-merger integration.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managing engagement commercials and delivery risks, and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Track record in senior client relationships, proposal development, and winning additional work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
• MBA or relevant master’s degree is preferred.
• CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualifications are advantageous.
• Experience with large multinational enterprises, diversified groups, sovereign investment organizations, investment funds, or regulated industries is preferred; Saudi Arabia or GCC experience is preferred.
