Role Description

The Media Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This role is responsible for coordinating media plans and schedules across digital, print, outdoor, and social channels to support Grovy’s branding, project launches, and marketing campaigns.

Day-to-day tasks include supporting the development and execution of media strategies, conducting market and audience research, liaising with media agencies and vendors, tracking placements, and maintaining campaign calendars and reports.

The Media Coordinator collaborates closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging, timely asset delivery, and accurate performance measurement.

The role also involves monitoring media trends, optimizing campaigns based on data insights, and preparing regular updates for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Media Planning and Media Strategy to coordinate and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Marketing skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and effectively support brand initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess solid Research skills to analyze audiences, markets, competitors, and media performance data.
  • Relevant experience in media coordination, advertising, or real estate marketing is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, social media channels, and basic analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
