Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Investor role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Real Estate Investor will identify, evaluate, and recommend investment opportunities across residential and mixed-use developments in line with Grovy’s growth strategy.
Responsibilities include conducting market and financial analysis, building and maintaining investment models, and assessing project viability, risk, and expected returns.
The role involves coordinating with internal teams (development, sales, finance, and legal) to support due diligence, deal structuring, and transaction execution.
The Real Estate Investor will also cultivate and manage relationships with existing and prospective investors, prepare investment proposals and presentations, and monitor portfolio performance against key financial and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Investments and Finance, with the ability to analyze cash flows, IRR, ROI, and capital structures.
- Hands-on experience with Real Estate and Investment Properties, including market analysis, valuation, and feasibility studies.
- Proven experience Working with Investors, including relationship management, reporting, and presentation of investment opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA, RICS) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel or equivalent), and comfort working with data and market research reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulatory environment is preferred; prior experience in the GCC region is a plus.
