The Project Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This role oversees end-to-end project delivery for residential and mixed-use developments, coordinating design, engineering, construction, and handover activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Grovy’s quality standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project plans and timelines, supervising contractors and consultants, tracking progress against milestones, and addressing risks and issues proactively.

The Project Lead collaborates closely with senior management, finance, sales, and marketing teams to align project execution with business objectives, investor expectations, and regulatory requirements.

The role also involves preparing status reports, leading stakeholder meetings, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal transparency programs, and driving continuous improvement in processes and technology integration across projects.
